AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS

I am Lillith-Minerva LLC, doing business as Lilly M. Speaks, Lilly M. Healing, and RENT-A-SAD-GIRL™, registered in New Jersey, United States.

I operate the website https://www.lillymspeaks.com as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms. You can contact me at lillith.minerva@gmail.com.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of another person, and Lillith-Minerva LLC, concerning your access to and use of the services provided on this site. You agree that by engaging in these services that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Legal Terms. If you do not agree with the terms outlined, you should reconsider using my services and seek guidance elsewhere.

The services provided are intended for those who are at least 15 years old. Persons under the age of 15 should receive consent from their parents.
DISCLAIMER
Astrology chart reading services provided are on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use these services will be at your risk.

My practice is based on studying Traditional & Modern Astrology concepts and techniques as well as my personal experience with therapy, self-healing, and living with mental illness for several years. I combine this with my knowledge of Psychology, Sociology, Human Behavior, and Anthropology.

I share insights gleaned from studying your Astrology chart, conversations we have, and cosmic guidance I receive.
BOOKING
&
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Upon booking, please schedule time to meet with me at least 14 days in advance. I take 12-24 hours to do a full chart analysis and then spend several more hours writing your personalized report if requested. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Due to the time intensity of the work, I ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking as soon as you can so I don't spend time working on your chart inappropriately.
​
The $22 booking fee is meant to secure your appointment and also for accountability. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will not receive a refund of the booking fee. All cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling should be done no less than 6 hours prior to your appointment. No penalties are given for reschedules, but the sooner you let me know you need to reschedule, the better!

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, but you do not reschedule, you will not be refunded the $22 booking fee.
LIMITATIONS
OF LIABILITY
In no event will I be liable to your or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost evenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your engagement with my services.

My services are for guidance and advise purposes only and do not serve as a replacement for professional medical advice or therapy. It is under your discretion how the insights and informations shared on this site or during sessions are utilized and applied.

My liability to you for any cause regardless of the action will at times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to me. Certain US state laws and international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
PRIVACY
POLICY
I care about your privacy and security and would never sell your data or share confidential information with third parties. Chart information and information shared during sessions will remain confidential and not discussed with third parties. Your identity will also remain confidential unless otherwise discussed.

By using my services provided you agree to be bound to this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please note that my services are hosted in the United States and thus consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
